I thought I had a nine second boat, went to St. Louis and first pass was an 8.22 at 133. Slowed the blower down to 3.6% under, ran an 8.53 at 132, still hitting 7300 rpm!! I must be doing something right....
Kurtis 501 lightweight
540 BBC, Dart 325's, 252/260 solid cam, 8-71, 2 750's, no trans, 40% gears. I'm looking for a size large chute jacket, certified, with colors close to the boat.

I have a size large life line parachute jacket with it's own carrying case I would let go - it needs to be re certified - but I would make you a good deal on it or maybe discuss a trade on the jacket you use now

Really though, your old glastron is a classic. I say put a stocker in it and then have a kick ass hydro single seat deal as a second boat.

I am thinking the exact same thing, matter of fact I was looking at a hondo hydro that had a boss 429 in it that was junk, she would not part it out and wanted 6600.00 for a boat that had been outside for 8 years in the winters. I guess someone bought it and is painting it and put a 429 in it, close to my house too.
