They are a lifesaver here in AZ. Make sure yours is tall enough to walk under and go as big as you can. I've seen some good/inexpensive set ups on ebay and you can call your size and color. We have to use good fabric here cause the sun is brutal but you might be able to get away with a lesser fabric for less $$.

Necessity if you boat in the CA/AZ/NV desert, or anywhere else that you want to keep out of the sun. Doesn't someone on the board make them?

Thanks guys, You say go as big as i can? I'm putting it on this. What size do you recommend? I'm 6'2". Just need to find some thing in my price range.(free LOL):D

I bought mine out of Cabelas for $325.00 (with matching boot). It's made with Sunbrella material and it was a lifesaver on our Shasta trip last year when it was 110. It stays on at 60.
