For everyone in need of trailer repair or a custom built new v-drive/outdrive trailers, I will be open for business in February 2007. My shop is located at 39360 3rd Street East, Unit 307-A, Palmdale, CA. 93550. If interested you can contact me by E-mail at boattrailer@adelphia.net I get phone service in the shop. I am formerly of Ellis Trailers, 22yrs, many of you know me and my work.

Mike good luck with your new business. You were undoubtedly one of the guys that made an Ellis trailer an "Ellis". Your trailers and personal work is and are second to none. That company will never be the same. Glad you will still be continuing your tradition.

Yeh..Yeh...It only took me three days to tighten and double nut the bow eye. It's a slow learning process.

This is great news. I was wondering what I was gonna do if I ever needed a new trailer for my Howard. Luckily my Ellis I have now is still in great shape and its an ancient 18 years old. :D :D

I purchased a new trailer from Bob Ellis just a couple of years ago. Did Bob retire and close the shop?

Are you going to offer refurbishing or only brand new trailers. I would like to refurb my old Competitive for now and eventually when the money flood gates open step up to a nice triple.
