Try Jack Pate. He represents many Casinos out here. He can also set up any golf or other entertainment.

Went to an IAMI conference in the Riviera. Nice hotel, not expensive, good restaurants, nice casino, and has several shows. It's right on the strip and a short walk from all the other Casinos. They have a strip show called the Crazy Girls http://www.rivierahotel.com/entertainment_crazygirls.asp
For cheaper and off strip, my wife and I stayed at Arizona Charlies, Hotel, Casino and RV park. We stayed in the RV park. The Casino is small but pays well, the restaurant is really good. We stayed a month. It's on Boulder about three miles from the strip, but there are half a dozen other hotels and casinos nearby, such as Sam's Town which is really huge. Arizona Charlies also has entertainment. http://www.arizonacharlies.com/

I may be going out on a limb here.....but i dont think shes interested in staying in a vegas trailer park three miles from the strip. Those of you who have been "off the strip" after dark know what im talking about. Ive been in South Central LA, Harlem and the Bronx after dark and nothing compares to some of the neighborhoods in vegas at night a few miles from the strip...nothing.

I will see what I can do. I usually can get big upgrades for people like suites, into any club, vip stuff, but getting a discount on 25 rooms is kind of a different thing.
Where would you like to stay and I will look into it?
