Just finished all the paper work today and funds should be transferred on Wednesday. The funny thing is after I had the offer for 70,000.00 I got two more offers two days after and was able to get another 5.000.00 for it. I only lost 25,000.00 after two years of use and IÂ’m more than ok with that. ;)
