Hi Jay,
I know I have only had my Dmax LBZ since Dec 05, but I am just a few weeks away from 36K miles. What options do I have for an extended warranty? Do you recommend it?
As a note- your name was mentioned in my Truckin Magazine feature this month :D ...too bad it has that Selman Dealership mentioned :(
Thanks,
Patrick

Sounds like your going to need a NEW vehicle extended warranty 3 yrs 100k miles, if you wait till after 36k miles to purchase the warranty you will need a USED car warranty (more expensive). The new vehicle warranty starts the day you bought the vehicle the used car starts the day you buy the warranty.... Hence..... 3 yr 100k mile new vehicle would be good till a total of 100k miles $0 ded and exp (in your case) Dec 2008 Used vehicle (if your vehicle had 36001 miles) 2 yr 60k mile warranty $50 ded would exp jan 2009 but would end at 96001 miles and cost you more to purchase and to use....... Call me for your specific quote because there are approx 72 different ways to build a General Motors Protection Plan warranty.... Jay 714 552 0300....
And we'll have to talk to those Truckin' people........

It will be disclosed as a 36 mo/100k or 48 mo/100k or 60 mo/100k warranty... Do you still have your paperwork or call me with your vin# and I will run a VISS and let you know... Jay 714 552 0300
