I've got to give props where props are due... UltraJohn, way to go buddy. It was nice to see that thing rippin' across Folsom today, it almost brought a tear to my eyes. Nothing like pulling off a couple 110+ m.p.h. runs in the middle of January. That thing looked and sounded as sweet as it gets. The greatest thing was when you went blowing by the docks and everyone looked to the skies for an airplane...lol. That thing took a nice set and just flat out ran. This should be one fun summer!
P.S. I hope all the snobs in El Dorado hills that are trying to crack down on the noise heard the WCF today.:)

Thanks Greg. Seeing this post from you really means something. This was one really great day for me. It was freakin' freezing...but still one really great day. I am still smiling.
We hit 111mph at 6300 rpm's on a 34 pitch 4 blade prop. we hit the rev limiter again. so, we're going to prop up to a 36 pitch and get it lab finished. we hope to see 115 or 116mph.
I've got to say, this boat ran soooo smoothly at top speed. it scooted accross the water like we were in heaven. This motor and boat fit each other perfectly!

I also owe big huge props to Jory at SOS Marine and Don with Motor Machine. These guys make an awesome team and have built an awesome motor for me. you've really got to see this motor now. I can't think of any words to describe how beaituful this motor is. I hope to show to to many this summer. we will even take a trip down to Havasu from May 31st to June 4th, so I hope to share this awesome setup with all the Havasu folks.
