'76 Sanger Runnerbottom

[QuickJet]

Casale 10 degree with 18's and a whirlaway. Pedal overide, Stellings 10 and 3/4 X 16 two blade prop, all stellings hardware, polished 2.5 gallon side mount tank and a mallory electric pump. Also have saddle tanks.
The motor is a long rodded 468 BBC. The bottom end consists of 13.75 JE pistons, Eagle Long Rods and crank, solid roller cam (big) specs to buyer
Up top is a set of worked 990's by Joey Grose, topped off with an Edelbrock Victor Ram and two 1050 Dominator carbs. Rewarder headers (HPC) in great shape. The boat hauls ass!!!!! (105 mph). Doesn't take on ANY water. The floors are gorgeous!!! And of course the bottom is "speed coated"
It sits on a beautifull boxed tandem axel trailer that is painted to match. Tires have very little miles on them. It tows straight. In reality you don't even know it's there.

The main color of the boat is a maroon. The other colors are a purple that fades to a blue on the sides. The boat is beautifull. The flames are purple. Here is another pic.

Super bitchin Sanger. I vow to own a flatbottom someday but with a wife and kid I had to sell my old Hallet 19 bubble deck jet with 530 HP tunnel rammed BBF in it with OT Bassetts and go for a family friendly lake boat. I can't complain as I now own a '22 Schiada V-drive with fresh 502, Turbo 400, Casale C-500, fresh prop shaft, rudder, stuffing box, wiring, gauges, etc. The boat is classic and is red and white with wood grain and classic SW gauges. Boating up on Lake Mead demanded a bigger boat but eventually I would like to restore and old Sanger flat and put a blown BBC in it. Good luck with the sale and beautiful boat!!

Is it a solid cam? If it's hydrolic then it should not have lash at all. I thought the Olds and Pontiacs had torque down rockers and not adjustable ones.

Yep, we figured out it was a solid cam the first time around, after that it was a process of elimination, we started low, now were up to 22 thousands, but I didn't get a chance to fire it yet, 2 youngins' in the house nappin. This has a shaft rocker assembly:confused: am I saying that right? Anyways, torque the shaft down and it does have adjustable rockers.

I honestly cannot believe it is still for sale, it is shocking. If my Mother would have said yes to my Dad, he would be picking this boat up this week, but she denied him. If I wasnt nearing completion on mine, I would be all over it. I saw this boat at Irvine and it is CLEAN and the motor is stout and healthy.

Hey Lester. I can't beleive it's not gone either. Lotta people checkin it out at the show and a few wanting it less engine. I think we are going to pull the engine and part the two.
I havn't taken it out since the 18's went in it. I know, I know, that was like months ago but I've been a bit busy :D
Cole Cash is nothing short of awesome!! It drives sooo nice and the power under the pedal is amazing. I havn't put the fogger back in it yet. Maybe for fathers day at CFW I'll have the sack for it http://***boat.com/ubb/graemlins/idea_2.gif

They had it a the world finals. They had tony and I both make some passes in it. It ran pretty good. We put one of my props on it and some 12 gears and it ran in the 11.30's and 40's. I just got him some carbs for it and they are going to take it out next week. He wants to run the 11's with his brother and my mom this year, he is going to put his blown motor in it to run PE next year.

Somebody buy it....one of the best priced boats in the country .......if you don't believe me....look around.
