I'll bet the will be some huge incentives when the 2008's hit and they want to dump the remaining 07's.(incentives on 07's)
There's got to be some sales folks that would know better than me,thats just my guess.

I don't think we will be seeing 0% in the near future... Maybe a 3.9% or something like that.... I.M.O. GM has its contract negotiations comeing up in Aug of this year with the UAW if they are selling lots of cars UAW will feel like if they strike it will hurt GM.... But I feel GM is thinking keep low rebate and Semi high APR so sales are flat when contract neg come up GM will have the upper hand and be able to say dealers have a 6 month supply of vehicles go ahead and strike or take it our way..... after Aug I say IT'S ON........
