Help determine value of 99 eliminator Eagle 23'

A buddy of mine has been looking for boats for a couple months. He is currently looking for a boat that cost less than 35K.
He has been eyeing a 99 eliminator that has been in the trader up north for quite some time.
99 Eliminator Eagle 23'
7.4L (350 hrs 330HP says the owner)
Open bow
pretty clean from the pictures that I have
OK stereo (Changer,Amp,Fosgate 12,etc....nothing amazing)
Bimini
double axle trailer
Standard late 90's Eliminator gel (yellow/purple stripes fading into purple checkers on the rear)

Owner wants 30K for the boat
What do you think it is worth and what have you seen local that is better for around the same price?

i think that this guy camped next to us july 4th @ clear lake..if it is the boat is really clean and sounded like it ran pretty dam good..he told me it was going up for sale @ the end of last summer for 25k..but 25- 30k sounds too much..my 2cents

27,000 average.

How many hours is alot on the 7.4?

I would bypass the 7.4 and look for something with a 454 Mag. There is one on the eliminator site right now with a volvo 502 DPX drive for 38 k tell him to call and offer 30k. they can only say no.

Workin on it, but looks like something may happen soon. Then I order a 45' Full Throttle.
