I ran this motor last season in a 21' Daytona V drive and it ran well and was reliable. The oil pickup would have to be changed for use in a jet boat.
It's got a mild cam and idles smooth.
For sale for $ 6,500.00
I will dismantle it for inspection if required.
Located in Rockford, Mi.
Also I have a C6 Ford trans available.

That is a great deal. I like that blower manifold. If you ever want to sell just the manifold, let me know. :)

That BDS blower / manifold was an Eliminator factory option when the boat was built in 1983. The previous owner had the blower sent back to BDS for a rebuild because it had an oil leak. It hadn't been run since it was put back on before I bought it last Jan.
I'm going to pull the motor tomorrow. I've got a lot of things in mind for this boat before the spring. :D

What kind of motor are you dropping back in it?

I'm preparing to put the Arias Turbo EFI motor in it.
Lots of work to do. Motor and trans mounts and rails. I need to buy a TH400 trans that will hold that motors torque. I want to add another stripe or two to tone down the black and get the hull clearcoated.
I want to rewire the whole boat like I have the last two.
I really enjoy this part. :D

How many hours are on the motor and how much horsepower do you think its making? How much boost and what kind of fuel does it run on?

I don't know the hours but I had the heads off to replace a head gasket and the pistons look like new. You can see a lot of honing cross hatch in the cylinders.
I don't know the HP of it, maybe about 600. It makes about 5# of boost at 5000 rpm. I swapped the pulleys to 9% OD.
I run it on premium pump gas.
As far as the compression ratio, the last compression check I did showed between 135 and 145# cranking compression. The pistons are flat tops, I'd guess the compression ratio is about 8.5:1
