Ford factory alarm question

I have an 05 F250 with the alarm from the dealer. It is not arming and I forgot how to reset it. I remember the window needs to be down and then hit some button but really thats all. Raceway ford in riverside installed it but all the service is from an outside company so they are useless. Someone must have the same system and can give me the skinny.

It should be covered in your warranty. I just had problems with my F250 where I couldnt unlock it. And FYI in case you didnt know. Ford gives out free roadside service. Look in your owners manual. :D anyways....
My friend is a mechanic at Claremont Ford and he does all that quick service stuff. Pm if you want and ill put you through to him.
