people buy them and trade locations to go someplace different every year. we liked this one because you also get 28 extra days a year that you can rent a room for $65 a day(min 2 days), and the boat ramp is available with gated parking, anytime whether or not you're staying there:D

I don't know how much interest you will get for the 1 week use from Sept Thru May. But if I owned that package I would check to see how much it would be to upgrade the package to the summer months. You might be able to get a little more interest if the potential buyer new that for a little more money they could upgrade it to the summer months. Good Luck. :)

you just go to the office and get a card when you want to launch, when we bought they told us we could let a friend launch with us. in the public offering statement it says all owners have the right to all facilities at the nautical inn, including pool, lobby, boat trailer parking, boat slips, and boat ramp. :D

you buy time at the resort, usually a week or 2. most people trade their timeshares, and go different places. you own it like property, forever. at the nautical inn, you get use of the boat ramp also

Read the purchase contact and FCC booklet, you can't sell it below FMV.
I remember reading something on if you do sell below FMV, FCC can come after you for the difference, they have first right on sales until all units are sold.

initially, we asked first cabin club to sell it, they declined saying no resales until all new units were sold. when we bought it we were told as deeded property we could sell it for what we wanted out of it.

We stayed there a few weeks ago. Me and the crew talked about your unit for sale and were tossing around if it would work for us or not.
The week that you have, is not a set week, right? It can be anytime during the months that you posted, if I read correctly. So, it is per availability?
