How soon do you need it back? We use Bronson Hill propellers....they'll pick it up and then drop it back off in about a week.

Bronson Hill has a great reputation.
If you are in Havasu, the Propeller Company on Industrial at LHC ave is the best!

I don't need it back for about 2 weeks. Is there a standard charge, or does it depend on how much work is needed?

Depends....usual costs that I've seen are about $150, but some all the way to $250.

I'll go with your advice. Do you have their number?

It's 714-953-5010, but I just want to clarify that they won't come to your house and pick it up, but I know if you were to drop it off here they would pick it up from us. If you call you're more than likely gonna have to drop it off yourself. Glad I could help.

The Propeller Shop in Lake Havasu charged a friend :rollside: of mine $150.00 to repair a labbed Bravo 1 and repitch it.

Now that you mention it, you're right. I should've made that more clear. Yup. A boat prop. A Revolution 4 to be exact. I'm SURE I didn't hit the bottom. A rock must have floated up an got tangled in the prop by accident.

Yep, that same thing happened to my friend . It was somewhere in the Bermuda Triangle area of Havasu.

I've heard about that. It could've also been a jet ski that I ran over. Either way, IT WASN'T MY FAULT! I can't be the one to blame!

I second York. John labbed my prop and fixed my friends prop. Could not have been happier both in price and quality. My friends prop could have been brand new, you would never have know how chewed up it was.

York, York, York
No Bronson-Hill, I have heard that the lab/repair work made the props worse than before. Close friends I go to the river with have told me this. Just a word of advise.

That would be my suggestion too. Chuck does excellent work, and is reasonable ! He's at 23846 Sunnymead Blvd # 13, Moreno Valley (951) 242-5041

I've had good luck with Bronson-Hill, and I have heard good stuff about York, too. Either way, you can't go wrong.

NOBODY touches my props except Joel at Bronson Props....you should only use him, and always carry a reasonably good spare and a prop changing kit, <which he makes>......sage advice....

Thanks for all the input. I ended up sending it to Bronson. I met him at the boat show and sent it to them today. Thanks again to everybody for the inputs!!!
