989.000 is not too expensive...I don't care where you live...custom home this size, that's around $200 a square foot! You do the math...especially with the location...most track homes are costing around $200 a square foot..come on people..show me some love....

200 sqft aint unreasonable for a custom home! 200 is average up here. Our latest one is running 240sqft.

how big is the parcel?
The lot is about 1/2 acre..exclusive neighborhood..that's national forest directly behind the house with a legal deeded easement to it..you can hunt or ride you atv right out your back door and be legal...more photos to follow..
