Has anyone used a lender to purchase a lot in the Havasu RV Resort? Any names would be appreciated as well loan terms (% down, # years, etc.).

Justin, you need to KNOCK me up on the side of my head ! ! ! The wife works for American Home Mortage (National Lender) and is checking into whether it will be a lot loan or what, rates, etc..... wait for this info

NOT good, American will do a Lot Loan simular to a construction loan with a balloon payment due in full after 3 yrs. Does not sound like it is something that will work for you.... Sorry
