Thanks. Actually my wife just picked up Simi and Ventura/Oxnard as a new territory. She sells wholesale loans and I was just trying to hook her up with some cool peeps from the board to possibly do biz with. She is with Long Beach Mortgage which is a sub of WaMu. If anyone in this area needs B paper loans, let me know and I will get her in touch with you!!

There are some more to come after Own it... Other lenders have made huge changes to guidelines. Some aren't doing 100% stated anymore. Some won't loan 100% to first time home buyers.... I'm glad I work for a company that stays ahead of the curve... Hell we will do a 640 stated wage earner 100% that lived with mom and dad rent free......

I guess he spoke at Business Plan 2007 in Vegas as this was all coming down, and never mentioned anything about it. From what I heard from folks that were there, he was still encouraging us to send Own It loans...
