not sure on comps but it is in an area of nice homes. no appraisal but i paid 20k more for this lot almost 3years ago so i wouldnt be some where in bfe.
anyone serious pm me with offers or trades!
ive got a customer of mine staying in it first part of feb. and if i dont see any action from this im signing the year lease deal afterwards and pullin it off the market.:)

Very nice house, location looks good to...... I am listing my Parker house the first of Feb. so I am sure this will be leased or sold by the time mine closes. Nice set up!

this is the cheapest rv garage home in havasu which also comes with granite and 20" tile, dropped 2 car garage and in a very nice area and close to town!

I have another thread on this house about renting it out at 950 per month. I already found someone that wants to lease it for a year starting march 1st and renters that want it for 6 months. This thread is about tryin to move the house for a great deal. I guess i was a little confused on what he was askin when he first started posting. And I already said no thanks to your offer, but thankyou.

I know your not ready to lease or rent yet, at 950 what does that include ex. water elec cable if anything. If not whats an averge electric and water bill.

I'm not sure if he's used it yet. But my electric in the summer is about 175. I use it 2-3 weekend a month and set it at 90 when I leave. Water isn't that bad.

electric is about 100 per month and water is alot less.

yes, ill sell it for 310k furnished. No landscape but I have some bids coming back soon for the nice colored rock and a palm tree. Should be very reasonable,1-2k.
