not sure on comps but it is in an area of nice homes. no appraisal but i paid 20k more for this lot almost 3years ago so i wouldnt be some where in bfe.

I have another thread on this house about renting it out at 950 per month. I already found someone that wants to lease it for a year starting march 1st and renters that want it for 6 months. This thread is about tryin to move the house for a great deal. I guess i was a little confused on what he was askin when he first started posting. I know your not ready to lease or rent yet, at 950 what does that include ex. water elec cable if anything. If not whats an averge electric and water bill.

I'm not sure if he's used it yet. But my electric in the summer is about 175. I use it 2-3 weekend a month and set it at 90 when I leave. Water isn't that bad.
