That is a beautiful house, have seen it from the outside several times. We go looky-looing out there quite often and I remember when they were building those, I'm thinking they were about 700+K, but my husband is saying he thought they were going for 4-something! Unbelievable! Beautiful area. Good luck with the sale, I know I'd love to park all my toys there :) .

I live like 10 Minutes from there can I come just to play? Lol btw this is an awesome house in THE premier neighborhood in Agua Dulce right next to the winery. Good luck with the sale I wish I could have the garage.
