Call Nathan @ Wozencraft 714-263-2626. They are supposed to have numbers for me. If they can insure my boat, I'm sure they should be able to insure yours...

Try anpac.com, I know they wont do cats anymore but maybe they will do an eagle.

I had the same exact problem with AAA. Got hooked up with Alternative Insurance Agency out of Corona, 951-280-9999, reasonable rate. They rep Progressive Insurance. They are also usually at the boat show in LA.

I use Alternative also. Best rate I could find on a 28 deck with 496HO 500/100/5K 1000 deduct is 750 per year. Replacement coverage, disappearing deductible, towing coverage on boat and tow vehicle. I received a quote from AAA and if I would have done my homeowners ins with them they were about 40 bucks a year cheaper but my homeowners would have went up by 400 a year. call Mark at the above number. He is very easy to deal with.

Had the same problem with AAA years ago on car insurance. They gave me a quote and took my deposit. The agent calls me later and says the premium went up a bit, still ok so I left it as is. Got the bill and the premium was even higher. So I cancelled and haven't used them since.

How did they come up with the 64 mph. I have a 98 25 Eagle with a 502 26p and can barely make it to 64 mph.

not sure how they came up with this speed.when we talked to them they said
they would insure a boat with up to a 500hp engine on a single engine.on two engines 1000 hp.a 25 foot boat with a 500hp should do over 64mph.a friend of mine had a 97 eagle 25 with a 502 with headers he was seeing between 75 and 80mph not sure on the prop.

23' Howard and I'm insured with AAA. I told them it does 70 and they didn't have a problem with it. I've had AAA for my cars since I was 16 years old and 7 years now with the boat. They have been awesome. Not sure why they dropped you.
