The RV Pad is 130 feet long with 2 dump stations and water/power. I currently have our Monaco 40' Diesel (for sale), our 32' Weekend Warrior, the 23' Chaparral deck boat (for sale), and an 18' open trailer all parked there.

Looking for MINUMUM 5/4.5 and over 4000 sq ft. Lot size at least 10k but more like 12k to 18k would be ideal. Pool and RV access are secondary to the house. Must be post 1990. Has to be higher ceilings. No fixer uppers. West Simi, T.O., Westlake, Santa Rosa, Moorpark, N.P., maybe the closer side of camarillo. Cap on price would be no more 1.6M.

Definitely check into Moorpark Ranch areas, nice stuff around for that $$ range, great price range for sure! I will pop a few pocket listings your way, not looking to step on any toes :cool:

NO pitch, just a close personal relationship. Nothing wrong with presenting a "pocket" listing or so for all parties to consider.:D

Could always hit Los Agaves in T.O. A TCD favorite for mexican food. They have a killer Tequila bar with over 100 different Tequilas. :)
