The one I've been watching has a Sale Pending sign in front of it now. So as of now nothing new. But in the next month or so I'm gonna get hot and heavy on it.

You almost can't look until your ready.....You will have your heart broken way too many times.
When your dialed have Dan find you some listings that have been onthe market for 60+ days and start riffiling out offers.
Shoot..for the size of home your looking at why not find a forclosure that you can fix up? (You have the skills)
You could do alot to a house for 30-40K if your carefull.

Hand me downs and freebies are the best for a first place. The only thing I bought for my first place was a 55" Mitsubishi Big Screen (before I even had furniture to sit on), washer/dryer, and refridgerator and almost everything else was freebies.

Well as of now I do have washer/dryer, a cabinet (or hutch as some may call it), a ton of silverware (dishes, pots, pans), and my bedroom set. My mom had a couch and love seat for me but it was ugly so I got rid of it. :D
