Anyone seen the bimini's that are made of aluminum almost like a hard top? Saw them at the Phoenix boat show this last week on a few boats. They have a strong frame and the sunbrella material is zippered to it. One of the vendors said it can easliy withstand 90mph. The nice thing is that it is strong enough to store things on. For example surfboards or tubes. It just tilts back so you can access the top where there are straps sewn on. Pretty cool idea. Beats the flimsy regular ones. Saw them on a Chapperal, a wakeboard boat, and a Crownline. Not speed boats, but could easily be adapted. Just wondering what other people thought of them. Wish I wouldn't have bought two new bimini's for my boat last Summer.
