nobody wants to read all that shait in the span section... my advice ...the best way ....just download photobucket ...its a free site ...then every pic u have in your files....stick in photobucket...
photobucket turns all the pics to "the http" that hot boats require...
the yellow square with a mountain (above) is the icon you click on to upload the pics...from photo bucket....just take the the http off the script prompt...cut and paste...

Click on the "user cp" link on the top left. Click "edit avatar" and follow directions.

You figured how to post pics. If you want to use it as your avatar resize it and do what I said earlier.

ya know when ya right click on the pic.... ya see the photo bucket properties ... lol sooo what does that tell ya ...:D it was me lol me me me:idea:

Click on user cp
Look under the control panel on the left.
Look for settings and options.
Look under that for edit avatar.
Use custom avatar
Browse for it on your pc and upload it.
Then use it.
