Anyone here ever convert a natural gas dryer to propane?

yes, we have to everytime we buy a new dryer. most places that sell the appliances will have the kits to do so.

There is a kit but a buddy of mine just went straight through and it just dry's faster!! But not sure about how safe.

Call your propane company, and they will usually send a person to do the conversion for you for free.

yikes, no conversion.... very dangerous.... it dries faster then nat gas anyway.... it is not hard, get the kit for your dryer and then it is just a matter of changing the "jets" I had to lift my drum out to get to it.... but if it is a old dryer, gives you a great chance to clean out the lint from everywhere.....
