He didn't get wet. I was there. The run looked fine. The boat was pretty free but didn't look excessively so. I know he didn't want to drive the boat anymore after that. The owner of the boat was looking for another driver. The boat was not damaged. It was parked for the remainder of the race. Someone said Kyle was going to jump and it looks like it. There was a possibility of some cross rollers in the lights as I hit some on one of my runs later. Blown Flats are the Fuel Alterds of the water. That's what makes them great. I do think Kyle should have bought a lottery ticket. He's Damn Lucky!

I will have to agree with you Wilder,It seems he is squashed in there, how could that be comfortable? Although I am happy to see that he got out fine and able to choose not to do it again,that rarely is the case. What a story!!!!!! :D

Ya he doesn't look to be comfortable. Some times you get lucky. Fiat48 said it right about getting that lottery ticket and a 40 to calm me down.

He's lucky his chute didn't open and drag him across the engine. In that center pic the static line looks pretty tight.

Cramped?, not cramped?, comfortable?, not comfortable??? Honestly now...are these pictures not the reason we drive these things? To see how close we can put ourselves to the edge of the envelope without going over to achive our own personal ultimate rush? I think yes!!! BAF/449
