Nice rig. Did you need wheelie bars to get up the driveway?

It made it up but I am not sure about with the boat behind it  .
I think I could spin it for $4-5K over what I paid and it would still be $20K under book. I actually had to beat 2 RV dealers to the sellers home to get it.

Cool little ride.
What kind of towing capacity does it have?

Have to look it up. It is upgraded from the stock E350 chassis to an E450 and has the V10 so I am guessing it will tow at least my little boat.

It's gonna get tight in there. I would have bought something bigger. Or at least something that had a bed that you didn't have to convert.

Nice Rig. I have an Itasca Sunova 35 foot Class A. Itasca is made by WInnebago. I live in it full time. I also know people who are full timing in rigs about the size of yours. Yes, it gets a little cramped at times, but no more so than living on a boat. As for towing, I towed a 6000 lb trailer and car across the country with a truck with the same Ford V10 engine. We did fine. What really counts is if the chassis will take the tow.
Right now my only problem is the price of gas. Filling a 75 gallon tank gets expensive real fast. My MH has a GM 8.1L and gets 7-8 mpg. So a long trip can get very expensive. Of course, people who own boats with big engines know this.
You should have a great time with it.

Shoulda bough a little longer, you will grow out of that one fast.
Other than that, Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I owned a 20 footer when I was 17. Best thing I ever bought, I drove the piss out of that thing. Junked it 15 years later and bought an "A".
Use it like you stole it. You will love having an RV.

E-450
GVWR or 14050 lbs
GCWR 20,000 lbs.
Basically the chassis was shipped from Ford to the RV mfg capable of decent weight.
In one of the MH cabinets will be a weight tag with the info you need.
We have a 30' GBM Maverick Class C on the same chassis except lengthened for a 30 footer.
With that combo you will run along at 10 mpg easy.
Another fourm to find us on is Woodalls Class C fourm. Check it out. My user mane is the same there as well.

Yes the rental took a beating on the pit road out of Bouse. The wash board smoothed out around 55 MPH. :D
Yep, it's not big, but for the 3 of us it might work. I couldn't pass on the deal so I nabbed it with minimal research.
$38,900 for a $80,000 RV with 7K miles, no sales tax and a book value around $55-$65K. How do you say no to that?

Shounds good to me.
Its just like boating except worse when it comes to resale. In this case someones else's hit.
I say use it up. A rig that size is so easy to drive you will find yourself taking it all kinds of places.
We have had ours almost eight years now.
