blower scoops

i am looking for a low profile scoop or some kind of breathers for 4500 carbs on a 1071 blower trying to keep the cops off my ass it is in a car does anyone have any idea's

What are your carb centers? I have a pair of polished SS flame arrestors with wire mesh, but they won't clear certain carb centers. IM me
