Boatshow word is, Nordic bought the rights to the 40' Skater bottom and stretched it 3 ft with the swimstep.

Its a 43' cat and on the other side of the steps is a 47' vee hull.
Not a splash of anyones boat the 47' is a desigin from a guy in austrailia, and the 43' bottom is that of a skater that Nordic bought from skater and they have compleatly redone the deck.

The 43' Nordic has a stock 40' Skater bottom. They did not stretch or pull it in any way.
The 43 V bottom is an original design. Anyone that has seen it and especially the bottom, could tell that.
The new 32 Nordic Cat is a stock 32' Skater bottom that they purchased from Sanger.
As far as rights/wrongs with who owns or owes is another story.
