Whatever progress you can see in the Forty Niners offense this past year is attributable in large part to Norv Turner, and his work with Alex Smith.
IMO, the Niners take a huge sack and loss if Turner winds up as the Cowboys
head coach. We're hoping Wade Phillips or Ron Rivera.
Reportedly, head coach Mike Nolan has been working behind the scenes to get John "What? From My Wallet? York to give Norv a raise...

Sadly I'd agree with this......Wade is a defensive guru but not much on the O-side of the game. He's proven that a couple times with other Head coach jobs.
TO is gonna walk all over him and plain ol' fu(k up the progress that was made on the offense last season.........
