Open the compressed jpc.zip file with winzip of winrar then run setup (or any other .zip uncompress program).

My computer doesnt like it for some reason.
Windows says there is a security risk and wont let me open it.
Im at a loss.

Got it going. Thanks everyone. It looks different than my last program though.
This one is a very small window. THe older one was larger and seemed to have more functions.
