3 bedroom/ 2 bath home on the North side of town, sleeps 9. Nice views of the lake and mountains. Very clean, well maintained, brand new tile and carpet, only 5 years old. Only 5 minutes to Windsor ramp. Plenty of boat parking (50' deep/flat driveway and nearly 100' additional on the side of the house). Includes launch pass, washer/dryer, full entertainment center, phone, and gas BBQ. The house comes completely furnished and all linens are provided. This is a turn-key set-up, just bring the toys!!! No smoking or pets please.
$115 per night plus $60 cleaning fee
$150 per night on Holiday weekends with a 3 night minimum

Just waiting on the check to come in the mail for Memorial, should be here anyday, I'll let you know if it falls through for some reason.
The house will be occupied (by us) from April 1st-probably the 9th. If your interested you could have it from the 9th on.
As I said before, we don't do month long rentals during the summer but check with TCHB here on the boards, I think he does.
