It's an Old Experimental 'Roundy, Round' Boat. Don't know if one could run it at the 'Drags' as that really isn't a Capsule ... Just an built in (doesn't separate in a Crash) enclosure like used on the K-Boats ... Might be able to run it, but, would check with association(s) before sinking any dollars into it.
