I know you've seen this on here before, but I am really OVER maintaining 2 houses in Havasu and living in So Cal. I lowered the price to $265k this afternoon. The price on the link below hasn't changed yet.
It appraised for $312k in October.....helluva deal...instant equity!

No clue at all. I mentioned in my last thread about this place that I was planning on putting a 40' RV garage in the back yard, with access off the side street. I wasn't going to wall it, just gate it when we did the garage. The garage would not obstruct the lake views....a wall would.

Nice house, if I could get 190k for mine, I would jump on yours, but with the market the way it is, I don't know that I want to go thru all that. Good luck with the sale, it is really a nice house and one heck of a house for the price.

Its priced to make good rental property for someone too! It should pull about $1100 or more as a rental.
Yeah, I know block walls suck....thats why I never did them....pricy too!!! Garage would have been a better investment. ;)

I did consider it but I used most of my savings to buy another house in Havi and I just want to sell it and put my savings back.

How is that driveway to back a boat up ? a 27 ft boat , it looks a little steep.
If you come in from the uphill part of the road, is it easier ????

I've only had a 21' and 22' boats up there. If its a 27' tunnel, it may work, a V, the trailer will scrape at the top going in. V bottom trailers hang down further than tunnels. I always pull up the hill past the house, that way I can hang out the window and watch it as I'm going up.
