I cooked lobster, filet mignon, asparagus and baked potato.
I stopped at the Red Lobster and got a dozen cheezy biscuts. They are sooooo damn good.
A little Merlot and viola.
I'm not telling what I'm getting for desert.

McDonalds.. same thing each year and its about the only time we ever eat there. When we first got married we were broke and going to mickey d's was splurging for us then. Its a way of looking back to see how far we have come.. kinda silly maybe but we enjoy it.

I had a driver delivering a car to Las Vegas. (Two hours away) I gave him an ice chest. Had him stop by Olive Garden(wifes favorite restaurant) and pick her up a meal. Brought it home in the ice chest and it was still warm. My wife was impressed.

lemon pepper grilled maui maui topped with steamed vegetables (asapargus tips, 3 types bell peppers, onoin, garlic, green onion, and cilantro) that was topped off with 4 medium sized pan grilled, seasoned with bread crumb coated scallops and 3 jumbo shrimp (infused with white wine sauce) served over a wild rice mixture, the plate was finished off with italian seasoned potato logs and sauteed vegetables (carrots, squash, and broccoli) in a white wine butter sauce :D
i decorated the plate like a fancy restuarant with all the frills and chills
i have to say it was a $40-50 plate if we had to pay for it:jawdrop:
we enjoyed the night as my teenage daughter washed the dishes:D
