Don't know if anyone can help...but, anyone have any recommendations?
My brother got himself into some legal trouble steming from the problems he had Thanksgiving of last year.
He didn't hurt anyone and I am not looking into the easy way out. Those of you who "know" me, know I am the first guy who thinks everyone needs to own up for their actions. I just want to be sure he has good councel that may be better than a public defender.
I am hoping for some more information than just doing enie-minie-mineie-mo in the phone book. Hb'ers help a brother out.
PM me if you would rather be confidential.
Help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Brian

IE experience is needed.
I hear through the grapevine "locals" in the legal system are treated differently than an "outsider."
Maybe a good ol'boy network or not.

your right about the "locals." they know each other (judges included) and tend to be easier on each other when it comes to proceedures.
I can think of two:
Geoff Newman, 909 476-1350, gnewman@newmanlawgroup.com
Antonio Bestard, (909) 623 - 2629, www.drcrime.com
Tell them I (Ted at Glendora PD re: Frank Beltran case) sent you....

For criminal defense...these are the best in the Inland Empire !
Kassel/Kassel 909.884.6455
Grover Porter 909.884.0586 (probably the best in working deals with DA's & judges)
Steve Harmon 951.787.6800
Virginia Blumenthal 951.682.5110

Blumenthal is the Gloria Alred of the IE. Just be sure to have the Brinks truck outside if you meet with her.

From what I gather, it is going to cost 5K just to get someone in the courthouse.

If I get out of jail in time, I'll do it for $500. :D :D

Lemme know if none of the references work out, or you need more names, I can tap my sources.

Probably close..I've been in court for the last two weeks regarding some non paying customers at the tune of 4K a day...No one ever wins but the attorneys. I should have stayed in school:D
Those are some premium fees. Why you at court so long for collection matters?

pulled off a job with over 600k AR past 120. Three of the days, the judge didn't even show up:devil:
Wow, that's a huge AR dollar amount.
------------
Speaking of judges not showing up - over the summer I read a Riverside judge received Public Admonishment for not taking a jury trial verdict. I guess the Commission on Judicial Perfrmance must not be California (oops, I mean Los Angeles) Angels fans.:( :(

I hate it when people get off the subject of the post, but I have to ask...how in the world do you get to 600k ar after 120, not my business and dont be afraid to say so, but that's alot. Any chance to get it or is it gonna turn into one of those scum bags that settle for 40 cents????
Want his right or left knee bent...:jawdrop:

I have personal knowlege of the magic this lady performs. She is THE BEST! SHE IS RESPECTED BY THE JUDGES. I would not hesitate to call her if I needed representation.
PM me if you need to know details.

This guy is very good and up front with everything. He was also a police officer before becoming an attorney. His retainer fee was 5K but that was years ago not sure if its changed??

we dig really large holes in the ground and fill em with concrete. Then build those thingies that cars park in ontop. AR gets really big, really fast.
PM me for the knee work info:D
Sounds like your a Bank... What are your terms?... I could use 500k @ the same rates as your customer. Please send me a credit ap. :)
