If it was for San Dimas, I can tell you why. I had a client that wanted to do a room addition. The city came in and put soooooooo many restrictions on EVERYTHING in order to keep that old town San Dimas feeling alive.

Thank God my house is in the Via Verde area of San Dimas, Old Town is a nightmare to get anything done.
