Now thats funny! See that can only happen in the south. Cal would never allow that because "we don't want to hurt anybodys feelings or make them feel singled out". Hey at least you know to steer clear when you see that plate next to you at night.
Could be a problem though. i can think of a particular group that would protest saying they desrve to have pink plates too...more along the lines of, well a "fashion statement"

You'd have to be convicted 3 times before they made you run a pink one. It would be kinda cool if you could order any color you wanted... "Yes maam, I'd like something in Red... and my wife here was thinking of something closer to Mauve":D

They do. And they drive anyway. We arrest them and put them in jail all the time.
And when they drive drunk, with a suspended license, and get caught, it's a Felony (in AZ) and they get to spend 4 months to a year in the State Prison. (Not jail. Not some tent in Phoenix, but THE PENITENTIARY, BIG HOUSE, STATE PEN, ROOMMIN' WITH BUBBA)
