Are you looking for a home on the sand in needles?..Those are some bitchen houses. Or would something 1-2 minutes from the water be cool?

If you are willing to be there in the off months it's a good deal for the monthly rental. Durring the summer it will cost about $5000 per month.
Nov-Mar ........ $1100/month
Apr-Oct ........ $1250/week
Nightly Rates .. $ 250/night (3 night minimum)

Dike Road is on the Arizona side. ...Im in Willow Valley just behind dike rd. 5 minute walk to the water. There are a bunch of newer 1mil+ homes on the sand on the CA side. Those houses are bad ass. with there own ramps coming from the garage and docks.
I dont know if those are rented out

Besides the ones mentioned There's a house 2 lots north of the bridge with a beach and about 1/2 mile further up there are 2 trailers painter red that used to be rentals don’t know if they still are but they have a bitchen landscape on the beach side but it is a little rocky
I don’t have the numbers but those are about the only other rentals on Dike Rd.

There alot of big houses on Dike Rd. My buddys dad has a place there. You own the property on both sides of the road. Its right past the Needles bridge as your going up river.
