Has anyone ever rented a storage unit from River Ramp Storage in Parker? Just wondering if it's one of these deals ......YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR? $85 a month min. of 3 months for a 10 x 28. Haven't seen the property and getting ready to sign the lease agrement. Is there a better deal out there?

We had a storage there for a year; 2 yeas ago. It was not very sealed so critters easily got in there. They are old, but aside from the bugs, no problems at all. It is a little tight depending on the isle. Close to the 95 though which is very nice and convenient.

Not too far. Depending how into Blue water you are, maybe 10 minutes? 5 minutes from the turn off onto the 95 from California Ave.
