I picked up a free boat that was smashed from a falling pine tree. Trailer & engine survived. Trying to get info for the engine. Can't find the year or any info. Ideas anyone?? :cry:
Mercury Marine 1000
100hp six cyl.
Thunderbolt ignition
serial # 2319193

I think 69 was the only year of the 100.

From that website and serial number, it is a 1968 1000 or a 1000 BP. Thanks for the info.
