We are going to start taking reservations for our Lake Havasu home. The home is fully furnished and plenty of rear boat parking. The last two years the Hot Boaters that stayed their loved it and took great care of the home.

Yes it is open but we like to have a min of three nights.

The last two years we have rented it out by the month during the summer season. People left their boats and did not have to tow.

It make it easier that way since we do not live full time in Havasu. We have been toying with idea of selling the home.

It is available after March 15th. Snow birds on the way home.
$125 nightly.

We rented the house last summer for a month. It was a great place for our family, and TCHB and the Mrs are First Class Folks. You can't beat the view from the back yard while cooking on the barbeque.
Sorry, we can't commit for another month this year Tony, but we will definately hit you up for some specific dates depending on your rental schedule.

I will take some more pics of the house this weekend and post. It is great location on the North side of town up from Windsor in a quiet street.

I was asked if boat parking is off the street.
Yes it is off Street in the back. You could park a 100ft boat with room for another one.

I have had a couple people pm for the summer months but no one has locked any dates with the exception of Memorial day and a few other earlier dates.
The garage is open for storage also.

I was asked about the boat parking again. You back the boat up along the side of the house and into the back yard. Plenty of room for big boats off the street. The house is at the end of cul de sack.
