Two queen size bedrooms including queen size beds, hide-a-bed sofa in living room, full stand-up shower, two A/C units, a 16' roll out awning and is located at Hidden Shores in Yuma, AZ. All furniture goes with trailer and we will throw in a 20' x 40' sun shade canopy with sale. 20K OBO.

Nice, are you getting a Park Model down there? I kick myself every summer for not buying at Hidden Shores 8 years ago, could've had a 2 Bed 2 Bath for under 30K. Do you use your twin wacka at Martinez???

We are bailing on the river for awhile, got two kids very active in sports and just don't have the time. We use our boat all over the lower river.

Does it come with the space? Or does it need to be relocated?

no space with it, but you may be able to work something out with hidden shores. By the way, it is realy easy to move, it has tandem axles on it.

To set the record straight, Low book is $21,525, and high book is $25,985. As you can see by the pictures, this trailer has been well taken care of, and will be a good deal at 20K.
