Your boat is SOOOOO FREAKIN sick. Anyone who has been around these things knows it is much harder to re-do one and have it come out like yours, than to start from scratch. I love the old 19 Spectra/GMT. If I was ever going to build a dedicated haul ass hotrod deal, that would be what I'd use.
Is it going to be raced?
Congrats on a killer piece,
Chris

Yes, the drivers seat is adjustable Front to Rear. The boys down at Wilkes Marine did a great job on the seat bases. GN Quality Bounce!!!!! We plan on doing a little bit of skiing with this boat, so the seat slides back and forth 5" for the driver and the passenger seat and foot rest turn around for skiing.

Thanks for your kind words. I can't take all the credit for restoring this old dinosaur. I had many talented friends help me out with the deal. It was difficult in the resto to hide the years of racing and wear on this boat, but I am very happy with the way it came out.
I plan on running this boat in a few ski races and will run a few Nostalgic GN Class races. This is my river cruiser, it will be a weekend driver, but not looking to be competitive in the Open GN Classes.

Hopefully we'll get to see it turning laps at Long Beach this year.

The pictures don't do this boat justice.
It was nice to finally see it in person after watching the build progress online.
Nice meeting you GNK, we'll have to make a few passes this year in front of Echo.:D

i ALSO LIKE THE FOLD-A-WAY TOUNGE YOU PUT ON THE TRAILER. SO FAR THE ONLY HEADACHE I HAVE HAD WITH RESTORING MY KURTIS WAS TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO SAFELY FABRICATE A REMOVEABLE TOUNGE. I NEED TO DEVELOPE SOME FILM BUT IN A FEW DAYS I WILL SEND YOU THE PICTURES OF HOW I MADE MY TOUNGE REMOVEABLE. IS THAT YOUR OWN IDEA?

Not my ideas on the trailer, just the easiest way to do it..
