Does anyone have an e-mail address for Tom at Menkens? I tried the address on their website but I got a return message saying that it failed to send. Or does anyone know how much the Menkens billet shift housings and 10* v-drive cases are??

No problem. The mail forwarder box was full of spam so I added a blocker to it. The address at the site will now work correctly.
