Cobra has come a long way, in a short time. They are really turning out a nice product, and are continually introducing new and upgraded boats.

They dont really sell their trade ins, theres a guy down the road in upland that they sell them to who in turn sells them. Boaters Outlet and Marine.

It seems like you can get a better deal in the spam section, then going thru them.

Maybe so, also search on boat trader and other manufacturers. We ended up getting ours from Magic. Dont be shy about talking to seller (dealer or private) about price either, make an offer you just never know. What may start out as a seemingly rediculous price may turn out being a good or even great deal.

With the right prop. I was more impressed with the almost 75 mph top speed they were quoting.

I have a hard time believing that one.....I'd be more inclined to think somewhere around 70.....

There are a few used for sale right now, if they haven't sold yet.
THROTTLE here will have all the info you need. He is the proud owner of a 26' (that he may be selling in the next year or so) and is a freelance rep for the co. He's a great guy and will give you straight info. He'll show up, although I am surprised this thread made it this far without him.
They are still relatively "new", so there aren't a whole lot out there for sale yet.
I didn't see in the thread what size you are looking for. I learned at the show that the 27' is a twin-stepped hull, and is about 1000 lbs heavier than the 26'. The 26' is a single-step, and since it's lighter, would be the faster of the two. If you are looking in this size-range, the 27' would be the heavier "cruiser" with more storage and slightly taller freeboard. The 26' would be your rocket with slightly less storage and less freeboard.
All in all, I know they are excellent boats that are holding their "resale" well. Keep your eyes peeled, one will come along.

The 28 Python (sport utility boat) at the show was 135K with a 525.with ITS drive, bitchen gel work, monster guages, GPS speedo, snap in carpet, triple axle trailer. For a HO, show price was about 105K. Speed with an HO would be low to mid 70's depending on load and water conditions. A customer boat with an HO, GPS's at 74. August 05 Powerboat test, with 525 radared at 84.2 mph, fastest deckboat at the shootout.

119,000 plus tax = $129,000 + 2-3 beers and we were very close to the DCB booth - I guess the fumes got to me:)

I had a Cobra Razor 260 and had Ted at Boater Outlet sell it for us... he did a great job and would recom. him to anybody.
The boat was awesome and would get another one in a heart beat, nothing bad to say about the boat at all.
