actually got 2 customers renting it from me now. The advantage to me is that i can still use it anytime. If someone wants to buy it, im still able to sell it because im not locked into a year long lease.
Also got my eye on a couple of nice boats..:D

It doesnt take a rocket scientist to know why my price has come down, but i have lowered it to keep it appealing even in todays market.

River Action Landscaping. They were very easy to work with and they got it done in 1 day! I have their number at the office or if you do a search on here, you can find it.

question:
For a beginning investor in rental propoerty, would this house pay for itself w/ summer/winter rental and tax breaks??

It all depends on how much you put down and what your payment ends up being. Have to talk to a lender and your tax guy. This house is also fully furnished which is also very negotiable.

I recommend selling furnished. That's the way that I sold mine last year. It allows for a lot more room when it comes to completing your taxes. :D
