How many sq. feet is the house, when was it built, could you fit a boat and a vehicle side by side in the garage. Thanks

PaPaG,
The house is 1091 sf built in 1992. We have a 25' foot boat so that definitely would not work with a car also in the garage. If you had a smaller boat it might fit.

Just tryin' to help the sale:) We have a 28' deep garage with the normal 20' width. We have a 25' Nordic in the garage and I can fit my suburban next to it. The boat has to be as close to the wall as possible but you can pull it off. Good luck, it's a nice looking setup!

Thx HatenWinter that helps. I guess I have a lot of junk in my garage and that must be taking up all the space.

Will look tonight to see if I have some pics of the inside. Right, the RV parking is behind the house so you got privacy and a second driveway. Also, helps when you have bunch of cops who live on the same block.

Drop me a PM with more details and a number, I am going to be down there this weekend and I would like to take a look at the area and possibly the house, are you using an agent? or owner seller?
Thanks

Are you happy with that carport/cover? How much did you pay for it? I was thinking about getting one.
Thanks

Outnumbered,
You can save a lot of $$ if you do it yourself. I went to Home Depot and purchased 2-12'X40' Panther Creek car port. Also bought the 4' extensions so height covers 16'. I also married the 2 carports together by just overlapping and sealing the edges. Am guessing I paid $1200 each, so $2400 and the extension were a few hundred buck more. I remember getting a few quotes in town and they were around $5000.00. Saved a couple grand and took 2 days to install but worth it.

Just giving everyone a heads up that the price is now 219,900. If you look through all the MLS listings in Havasu you will not find a nicer turn key house with 31' boat deep garage, 40' RV covered port, 2 concrete driveways, enclosed Arizona room, nice size corner lot on a quiet street on the south side near the new Basha's. House is rented until the end of April so need to sell this one and move out to our other house. Will post updated pictures next week.
