fits "99-05" gm full size pickup rear disc brake set up with parking brake shoes and all hardware. brand new loaded calipers w/ gm brake pads, and gm rotors. the p- brake set up has 10kmiles (but you couldnt tell) on it but the rest is brand new and is gm factory equipment.its big $$$ if bought from the dealer im asking $450 and would like to sell it in my area or some where close but i might be able to get it shipped for free if not we can work something out. im gonna throw it on e-bay and craigslist sometime next week but hot boaters get first shots..pm if interested..thanks....$450
