So I am driving down the 215 in Perris area and see a bunch of earth movers and see a big bill board say New Home Of Eliminator Boats! Looks like boat storage to go along. Anyone in the know???"

yeah. Talked to Mr. Leach and he told us they are building a new 90,000 sq ft building and going to have tons of boat storage. I think it was storage for 400+ boats.

It's a really trick facility, over 90,000 sqft and the whole perimeter is nothing but boat storage. The pool out front will hold a couple of boats.

Bob has been working on this for many years. I am glad to hear they are finally breaking ground.
I have seen the plans and it is very nice and well thought out. That what you get when you take you time and really plan something.

My company has run many sets of plans for the entire facility. It is really nice and extremely big

So Eliminator's new home is going to be a storage yard? There has to be more to it than that...

Looks like the 90,000 sqft building will probably be where the legend is on the map. I'm sure they want the building visable from the 215.
